"I’d had problems with my skin for years, it was red and itchy and all the lotions and potions and medications I had tried had either not worked or only given me temporary relief. Without really realising it, I would scratch in the night and regularly had to change the bedding because of the bleeding. Jeannie is one of my hairdressing clients and suggested I come and see her for some Kinesiology to see if she could find the underlying cause. She did all sorts of tests and eventually identified I had a bacterial infection and that it could be treated by taking a certain herbal tincture. I was also not producing enough stomach acid and was intolerant to a few foods. She did some muscle testing on my ankle and back and found that my hips were out of line which was effecting my back, leg and ankle. I stumbled upon Jeannie’s Nordic Walking classes when someone said they had seen walkers with poles up at Langdon Hills. I signed up for the Introductory Workshop and had so much fun. I did the second session with her and have now been walking with the group for 3 years. The park is beautiful especially in April time when the bluebells are out!
